From our partner warehouses United States and some products are exclusively shipped from our partner warehouse in Panama.

If countries outside of USA charge any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs, you are responsible for those fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to collect any fees on your behalf.

IMPORTANT: If orders from the US are charged duties for products shipped outside the US, duties will be charged and are at the customer's expense due to recent changes on tariffs.

For defective items only:

We gladly accept exchanges on non-defective items.
